Reminders

The speed limit is 25 mph throughout the community. Please be mindful of others in our community!

Complaints about blocked sidewalks by cars in driveways have increased. For the safety of children, please allow room for them to cross without entering the street.

If you are making an improvement to your (home, deck and or patio), please contact lemaylakeofthewoods@gmail.com.

Please pick up after your pets when walking them in common areas.

Please note dead trees in the common ground that could potentially damage your home/property are to be reported to lemaylakeofthewoods@gmail.com.

Paying Assessments

Any future outside pool membership checks should be made out to "Lemay Woods" but they will be dropped off or mailed to Jack Berhorst to cross reference to the outside membership list, then he will send them in as a "batch" so they know this is outside pool income and not assessment income.

Community Information

Any residents that owns a business and offers a service for our residents, please email lemaylakeofthewoods@gmail.com. We will be adding a page to our website for a classified ad page.

Subdivision Dues Payment Information

Subdivision dues invoices are sent out in February. The due date is March 31. You will be charged a late fee(s) if you do not submit payment by March 31. PLEASE NOTE: YOUR SUBDIVISION DUES MUST BE CURRENT (INCLUDING PAYMENT OF ALL LATE FEES) BEFORE YOUR POOL PASS IS ACTIVATED.
